Delicious Grilled Pork Tenderloin
It’s been a record-breaking summer for heat and it’s just too hot to be cooking big meals in the kitchen. Besides, it’s fun to grill and eat outdoors when it’s beautiful outside! This recipe for delicious grilled pork tenderloin is a keeper that’s perfect for your outdoor grill. I am a huge fan of the quality and the price of the pork tenderloin at Costco but have also successfully shopped for them at Publix or other local grocers. If you have any leftovers, this pork is perfect for sandwiches – or my favorite – tacos or nachos. Yum!
Here’s what you will need:
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
crushed garlic – about 1 clove
fresh chopping parsley – about 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 (3/4 – 1 pound each) pork tenderloins
Combine all ingredients except the pork tenderloins in a small bowl. Pour into a heavy zippered plastic bag and then add the tenderloins. Chill for 4 hours, turning occasionally (I often let them marinate overnight). Preheat grill. Grill on medium to low heat with cover closed, 6 inches from the coals, for 20 minutes or until done.
Want to add a delicious side? Try these baked beans!
And need a knock-your-socks-off outdoor dessert? How do Lemon Vanilla Bean Coconut Crunch Cookies sound?
They are my favorite cookies right now! Everyone loves them! So good!
Enjoy the summer (and this delicious grilled pork tenderloin!)
Great content! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for your kind words – I appreciate it. Thanks for stopping by!
Hey Cyd! I love the new recipes you posted and I’m going to see if my husband will learn to love your baked beans as much as he likes mine now. Yours seems so much simpler to make and doesn’t take near as long as mine do (crock pot recipe). I already ordered the bacon cooker as you convinced me it’s a great product. I’m also going to try the pork tenderloin. I couldn’t find the recipe for the cookies though and those sound delicious as well. Can you please send that to me? I’ve updated my email address below. Hope all is well in your world!
Awesome! Just sent you an email. So glad you left a message – thanks!
